 Maintain your good Health- 15 Health Tips




1. Always Eat Healthy Diet

Eat varieties of food like fruits, nuts, Vegetables, Legumes, and whole grains. Eat a variety of fruits and vegetables. always use fresh products and wash clean before eating. 


2. Consume less Salt and Sugar

A high amount of sodium in salt can rise up your High blood pressure, which can turn into a high risk of heart disease and stroke. Reduce your salt intake, use about 1 tablespoon per day.

Other hand, Consuming excessive sugar intake can rise up your sugar level in the blood which can turn into diabetes, excessive sugar intake also increases the risk of tooth decay and unhealthy weight gain.


3. Reduce intake of high fats containing food

Consuming fats should be less than 30% of your total energy intake. This will help you from unhealthy weight gain.

Too much fat intake in your diet, especially saturated fat can rise up your cholesterol level which increases the risk of heart disease.


4. Do exercise regularly 

Always be active, Physical activity is defined as body movement produced by skeletal muscle. Physical activity helps your body be active and feel free of tiredness.


5. Avoid smoking

Tobacco smoking causes lung disease, heart disease, and stroke. Tobacco not only destroys the smokers but also the non-smokers around you. 


6. Avoid the use of alcohol

There is no safe zone for drinking alcohol. It is always harmful it can lead you to a high risk of health problems and mental behavior disorders.


7. Regularly check your blood pressure

There is no sign and symptoms of High Blood Pressure, it is also called as 'silent killer'. Due to this many of people do not know they have hypertension, It can be known at high-risk levels. It can lead to heart disease, kidney disease, and brain disorders also.


8. Be active and get tested

Getting yourself tested is an important step of knowing your health status.


9. Get vaccinated 

Vaccination is the most important step in ways to prevent disease. Vaccination improves immune system which fights against any foreign particle preventing disease.


10. Prevent mosquito bites

The mosquito is a disease-spreading animal which spread diseases like malaria from one person to another.


11. Always drink safe and pure water

Drinking unsafe water can lead to water-borne diseases like cholera, diarrhea, hepatitis, and typhoid fever. Impurities present in water causes a harmful effect in the body.


12. Clean your hands properly

bacteria viruses or any other contamination present in your hand can enter into the internal body and causes inflammation in the body.


13. Prepare or boil food properly

Unsafe food contains microorganisms like bacteria viruses, parasites, and chemicals that can cause harmful diseases in the body.


14. Don't use medicine without a prescription

Most of the medicine has side effects, Don't use drugs as usual like an addiction.


15. Cover your mouth when coughing and sneezing

Diseases such as influenza, pneumonia, and tuberculosis are transmitted through the air. When an infected person coughs or sneezes, infectious agents passed through the air droplets. When you feel a cough or sneeze, make sure to cover your mouth with a mask or your hand.
